Vic: Pair found guilty of manslaughter over stabbing

Two Victorian men have been found guilty of the manslaughter of a man who was fatally stabbed and bashed with a baseball bat.
The Victorian Supreme Court's heard 36-year-old TYRONE DAVID SHEPHERD was outside his ex-girlfriend's house .. when he was attacked by her 27-year-old brother SIMON KELL and her new boyfriend 27-year-old ROBIN DEY.
Both have been found guilty of manslaughter over the incident at Ashwood in June 2007.
The court was told Mr SHEPHERD was a heroin addict who'd previously been violent toward Ms KELL and had been handed a court order preventing contact with her.
The Judge ordered the men return to court in January for a pre-sentence hearing.
